The positive part of our visit was that Christian is an exceptional server, five stars!!! He was super friendly, courteous and prompt. Thankful to have had him for our server during our visit! The flip side of this experience was that the food was absolutely terrible (not his fault) and quite overpriced, so we won’t be back. I included a pic of my asparagus.

Here’s a polished, fun review that keeps the compliments while getting your feedback across: We’ve been coming to BJ’s for years, and if we’re being honest, the root beer is the real reason we keep coming back. We even left with an extra six-pack this time! The food, though, was a bit of a letdown. My husband’s steak could have used a lot more seasoning, and my Chicken Alfredo was… well, let’s just say it was one step above hospital food. BJ’s, please bring back the Soba Peanut Chicken Pasta! That dish was packed with flavor and was always perfectly seasoned. What made the visit enjoyable was the staff. The sweet hostess made us feel like we were visiting Grandma’s house, and our server, Christian, was fantastic. He reminded us of our chiropractor—friendly, genuine, and easy to talk to. Not the forced “customer service” kind of friendly, but the kind where it feels like you’ve known each other for years. We’ll definitely be back for the root beer and the great service. We just hope the kitchen brings the seasoning—and maybe that peanut chicken pasta—back too!

Had Mother’s Day dinner here and everything was absolutely amazing! The food and service were outstanding. Our server, Omar, was fantastic truly one of the best servers we’ve had in a long time. Christian, the food runner, was incredibly quick and always happy to grab anything we needed without hesitation. The staff made our Mother’s Day celebration so special, and we were so thankful to end our evening at such a wonderful place. Highly recommend the prime rib special as well!

Tony did amazing good personality! Very pleasant. Funny! Service very well done. Always on point not having us waiting and was prompt on taking our orders, having our appetizers first before our main course meals! Always on point with refills. Offered us to sign in with BJ App. And telling us about the free Pizookie dessert. Thank you 🙏🏻 keep him he is good waiter! God bless BJ have a great outcome on your restaurant! Keep up the great work!

Service was great. Joshua was my waiter and he was very kind, attentive and had a great personality! The food was also sooo good! I ordered the country fried chicken and mashed potatoes with the pizookie ($13 meal deal). The portion sizes were great and the food was tasty. The hostess Alicia was also a sweet heart. Between the service, pricing and the food I will def be back ☺️
